I had so much fun designing the Blushing Berries necklace, a one-of-a-kind design, I wanted to make another ooak design. So here are the beads I'm pondering:
Large luscious creamy vintage glass pearls and two gorgeous lampwork rings... Yes glass lampwork rings! These rare glass rings have been coated with real copper and are absolutely stunning and match the pearls so beautifully. I can't wait to get my hands on these!

Habit

A few weeks ago I came across this intriguing blog Habit. It is the collaboration between Emily and Molly. Habit is an attempt to capture the truth of everyday lives without staging. Real pictures of real life with captions of 36 words (or less) to capture the essence of a moment - or a whole day. This way they will hold onto the bits of daily live, the things we would otherwise forget.

They've created a flickr group and anyone who joins may post their own habit-style photo and caption. And some of these will be included on the main habit blog!

As summer winds down we all begin thinking of back-to-school and daydreaming about fall weather. A few days ago there was this beautiful treasury made by LadyBalboa that made it to Etsy's Front Page that I just had to share with you. Isn't it gorgeous?

A little while ago I found these beautiful little lampwork beads in scrumptious shades of pink. I wanted to make a design with them but I had the feeling something was missing... Then I came across some gorgeous dark caramel vintage glass beads, and after finding a length of vintage copper chain made from gorgeous shiny stalks the lovestory was complete! At the moment I'm working on a special one-of-a-kind design, soon to be listed in my shop.
